Transfer press SCHULER Т4-3000-9-550
Manufacturer: Schuler Pressen
Made in: Germany
- The multiposition press with the eccentric drive of cold pressing serves for production of
details of mass production in working steps (stamp places): 2 exhaust and 1 cut ram
- The main drive is carried out by means of the engine of a direct current of parallel
excitement. Through a belt pulley and a flat belt the engine sets a press flywheel in
motion
- By means of the two-disk coupling mounted in a flywheel the torque of a flywheel is
transferred to a power shaft, from here through gear search and an intermediate shaft
eccentric wheels are set in motion. Through a rod eccentric wheels set rams in motion
- Located separately two-disk brake stops a power shaft and rams
- The number of turns of the main engine and by that a course of the ram gives in to
